Refund policy

At Simfix, we keep things simple.

If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll fix it quickly without asking you to return the product.

No-Return Refund Policy

We do not require customers to return items.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement (where preferred)

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include photos where possible

We’ll resolve the issue promptly with either a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account

Fair Use

Our no-return policy is designed to make things easy for genuine customers.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected misuse, repeated abuse of the policy, or fraudulent activity.
