At Simfix, we aim to dispatch your stainless steel fasteners quickly and reliably, so you can get on with the job.

Order processing

Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday are typically dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed the next working day. During busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We aim to offer:

Next Day Delivery on all orders- £3.95
Free Next Day delivery on orders over £50

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

We have next-day delivery on all orders and items. For free next-day delivery, this is available on all orders that are over £50 unless otherwise stated.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery delays

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, high seasonal demand or events outside our reasonable control.

Simfix is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier, but we will always assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.

Incorrect address details

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout. If incorrect information is provided, additional delivery charges may apply and we cannot guarantee recovery of parcels delivered to the wrong address.

Lost or missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or resolution where appropriate.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
