No-Return Refund Policy

At Simfix, we keep things simple. If something is not right with your order, we will fix it quickly without asking you to return the product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund, or a replacement where preferred.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos where possible. We will resolve the issue promptly with either a refund or replacement.

Refund processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Fair use

Our no-return policy is designed to make things easy for genuine customers. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected misuse, repeated abuse of the policy, or fraudulent activity.
