Order Processing
Orders placed before 4pm (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or bank holidays, will be processed the next working day.
During busy periods, dispatch times may vary slightly.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery options and costs are displayed at checkout.
We aim to offer:

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
We may offer free delivery promotions or free next-day delivery on qualifying orders. Any such offers will be clearly stated on our website.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Simfix is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier, but we will always assist in resolving delivery issues where possible.
Incorrect Address Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout.

We cannot guarantee recovery of parcels delivered to the wrong address
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or resolution where appropriate.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the packaging and product
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
