Stainless steel socket screws in A2 (304) and A4 (316), from M1.2 to M24 and M30, plus imperial UNC, UNF, BSW and BA sizes. All drive with a hex key (Allen key), and many A4 sizes come in both A4-70 and the stronger A4-80.
