This M24 double tab washer is manufactured to DIN 463 in A4 stainless steel (316 grade). DIN 463 specifies two tabs, one bent against the nut and one against the component, for locking where both nut and seating must be secured. One tab keys the washer to the component and the other blocks the nut, so neither can turn independently.

How do I choose between A2 and A4 stainless steel?
A2 (304) stainless steel suits most indoor, outdoor and workshop jobs. Choose A4 (316) marine grade for coastal, marine, poolside or other chloride-rich environments.
